There was some confusion with my booking that it wasn't in the system or wasn't ready, but the guy behind the counter was super friendly and got it organised quickly. Equipment did the job, easy to use and fine for a beginner.

Not being a true skier, what can I say, the people at your shop in Bramberg, could not have been more helpful if they tried. They did everything possible to help. They were friendly helpful, accommodating, professional and always willing to listen. I had the very best experience of skiing due purely to these people. Sebastian, was amazing such a great guy. Even though the shop was extremely busy, the staff was very calm, helpful and friendly. The guy that fitted our ski's was even running through the shop to save time in helping us. My little daughters found him funny ! It helps to be served in such a nice way given that we had just driven 1000km to get to the resort :-) All the best, we will definitely come back.
